Maintaining standards is an on-going process. We have created some parameters for success and then evaluate our work against them. A daily record of class activities is maintained by each class. This is reviewed by our director personally and discussed with the teachers on Saturdays. Likewise, any observations on special needs of children are also noted down and discussed for each individual child for each class.Action is decided upon issues that concern an individual child or a wider body of children in a class or school. |
